Before you contact Solvd please ensure you follow the troubleshooting guide below:-
- Ensure your internet access is working correctly (slow internet speed will cause issues with sending and receiving emails)
- If you have problems with Outlook you can check the email service is still running by checking webmail on the internet.
If you have an Office365 email account click here to access your account
If you have a normal email account then use the link below where domainname is your domain.
http://webmail.domainname e.g. http://webmail.solvd.co.uk
If you can access your mail through webmail then the service is running fine and you just have a local Outlook issue on your machine.
