The Solvd Helpdesk
We’ve now got a new helpdesk system, which (hopefully) works nicely on mobile devices. To raise a ticket, go to https://www.solvd.co.uk/helpdesk or you can still access via the old helpdesk URL of http://helpdesk.solvd.co.uk.

We’ve added an FAQ to the Solvd website to help support you. You can access it here. As always, if you can’t find the answer to your problem, please use the Solvd Helpdesk.
